Roof replacement

When the roof is genuinely past saving.

A full replacement, handled end to end. We assess it, quote it, order the materials, put a licensed roofing contractor on your roof and register the warranty for you. A typical replacement runs around $15,000, and we will tell you first if Restore would do instead.

Free planning tool. No appointment, and no contact details until you save your plan.

How this works

We run the job. A licensed roofer does the roof.

We are not the crew on your roof, and we would rather say that than pretend. The installation is done by a licensed, insured roofing contractor we work with every week. Everything around it is ours.

The assessment and the quote

We measure the roof from aerial imagery, inspect it, and give you one number with the work written out. Free, and no obligation.

Ordering the materials

We specify and order the shingles, underlayment, flashing and ventilation, so nothing is substituted on the day to save a few dollars.

Being your point of contact

One number to call, before, during and after. You do not chase a crew, and you do not get handed between companies.

Registering the warranty

Manufacturer warranties have to be registered to be worth anything, and that step is where most homeowners get caught out. We file it and send you the paperwork.

Start to finish

Five steps, and you are only in two of them.

  1. 1

    Free assessment

We look at the roof and tell you plainly whether it needs replacing, or whether Restore would do the job for a third of the money.

  2. 2

    One written quote

Measured, itemized and fixed. Most homeowners decide within two or three days.

  3. 3

    Materials ordered

We specify and order everything before anyone turns up, so the job runs in one stretch.

  4. 4

    The crew installs

A licensed roofing contractor does the work, with their own license and insurance on the job.

  5. 5

    Warranty registered

We file the manufacturer registration and send you the documents for your records.

Before you replace

Ask whether it needs replacing at all.

A roof that is aging but still sound often does not need tearing off. RooflineIQ Restore averages about $5,500 against roughly $15,000 to replace, and carries a 15-year limited leak warranty. The free assessment tells you which one your roof is, and we will say so either way.

Replace when
  • The shingles are brittle, cupping or losing granules in sheets
  • There is damage across the deck, not in one or two spots
  • It has been patched repeatedly and keeps coming back
  • An insurer or an inspection has already called it
Replacement questions

Before you book.

Who actually does the work?

A licensed, insured roofing contractor we work with every week. They carry the license and the insurance for the installation. We handle the assessment, the quote, the materials, you, and registering the warranty.

What does a replacement cost?

A typical replacement runs around $15,000, and the real number depends on the size of the roof, its pitch, how many layers come off and what we find underneath. The assessment is free and the quote is written and fixed before anything starts.

Who warranties the roof afterwards?

Two warranties sit side by side. The manufacturer covers the materials on their own published terms, and we register that for you. The installation is covered by the contractor who did the work. We are your first call either way, and we sort out which one applies.

How quickly can it happen?

Most homeowners sign within two or three days of the quote. After that it is materials and weather: roofing needs the temperature above 40 degrees and no snow, so through a Utah winter we book for the next clear stretch.

Do you work outside Utah?

Our own work is in Utah. Elsewhere we work with licensed contractors in your state who carry out the job, with the same assessment and quote from us.

Can I finance it?

Yes. Options run from short interest-free terms to longer loans, through our financing partner. Checking what you qualify for is a soft inquiry and does not affect your credit score.
