Permanent lighting

Clean by day. Whatever you want at night.

A premium system that looks intentional: low-profile track, clean cable runs, and scenes you change from the couch. Holidays, accents and everyday curb appeal, without hanging lights again.

What gets installed

Three parts, installed once.

Everything is fitted permanently. No seasonal hanging, no storage bins, no ladders in December.

Track and cable runs

Low-profile channel along the fascia and peaks, color-matched and fastened so it reads as trim from the street.

Addressable pixels

RGB and RGBW pixels, individually addressable, so one run holds several colors, patterns and animations at once.

The controller

Mounted out of sight and joined to your wifi, with multiple data ports for zones and over-the-air firmware.

One system, many looks

The same house, three nights.

Lighting questions

The usual ones.

What does it cost?

Most homes land between $3,000 and $5,000, and smaller runs start around $2,200. The price follows how much roofline you light, so the free on-site assessment is what turns it into a real number. Financing is available.

How long is it covered for?

The lights are covered for 50,000 hours of use, which is about seven hours a night for twenty years. The LEDs themselves are rated to 100,000 hours. The installation carries a 3-year labor warranty, honored by the contractor who installed it.

What usually goes wrong, and what happens then?

Very little, and when something does it is almost always the power supply, which is a quick swap. The other one is a new router: the controller has to be pointed at the new network, which is a short service visit. Both are covered while your labor warranty is running.

Will it look bulky during the day?

The track is low profile and color-matched to the fascia, and the cable is tucked into the run. From the street in daylight it reads as trim.

What happens if a pixel fails?

Pixels are individually addressable, so a failure shows as one dark point rather than a dead run. It is replaced under the workmanship terms on your agreement.

Does it work with snow and ice?

The channel is fitted to shed water and the pixels are sealed. Heavy snow on the fascia can cover a run until it clears, the same way it covers gutters.

Can it go on stone, stucco or a metal roof?

Usually yes. The fixing method changes with the surface, which is one of the things the free on-site assessment settles before you are quoted.
