We reseal pipe jacks, flashings and problem spots first, so the treatment goes onto a roof that is already tight.

What does it cost?

A Restore Complete project averages about $5,500, against roughly $15,000 to replace the same roof. Your free Restore Score assessment gives you the actual number for your roof before you commit.

What time of year can you do it?

The treatment needs the roof above 40 degrees and clear of snow, so through a Utah winter we work around the weather and book for the next dry stretch. Lighting is not affected and runs nearly all year.

Is Restore right for every roof?

No. It is best for roofs that are aging but still structurally sound. We inspect first and tell you plainly if replacement is the better route.

Will it stop active leaks?

The tune-up addresses vulnerable spots, but active leaks should be diagnosed and fixed first. Restore is about rejuvenating performance and extending life, not masking structural problems.
